Salome RosaSalome has taught Pilates in Tasmania since 2007, working in various studios throughout Hobart. Salome’s experience in Pilates Studio settings has fostered a style that caters to the individual needs of her clients; including programs to suit healthy people, different age groups, pregnancy (pre-natal and post-natal) and those recovering from injuries.
Her interest in the human body has driven her personal study of other body movement therapies such as Franklin Method, Feldenkrais, Continuum and to obtain qualifications in Ayurvedic massage and Emmett Technique.
Salome works from the belief that all individuals have the capacity to engage with themselves in order to promote harmony within the natural systems of their body. Through correct attention and honesty with themselves, one can work towards improving their health and well-being.
