At 3 Degrees we know how important it is to establish healthy movement patterns from an early age. We offer classes for teenage and pre-teen aged children to learn how their body moves, to establish core strength from an early age and ultimately create the groundwork for a long and injury free life.
Our teen Pilates class offers teenagers exercises to improve posture, self-confidence and self-esteem. It is a great way for teenagers to get in shape or to train for a specific sport or hobby. It not only strengthens muscles and improves balance it also works on stabilising joints.
